Shipping policy

 

Every Horrible shirt is printed specifically for you when you order it. That means there's a short production window before it ships — typically 2–5 business days. Once it's on its way you'll get a tracking number automatically so you can stalk it all the way to your door.

Most US orders arrive within 5–10 business days from order date under standard shipping.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide. International orders typically arrive within 10–20 business days depending on your location and local customs processing. Please note that any customs fees or import duties are the responsibility of the customer — we have no control over these charges.

Where does my order ship from?

Our print partners have fulfillment centers across the US and internationally. Your order ships from whichever facility can get it to you fastest — so your package might come from California, North Carolina, or somewhere in between. This is what allows us to keep production and delivery times reasonable without a warehouse of our own.

A few things worth knowing:

Orders cannot be modified or cancelled after they enter production — usually within 24 hours of placing the order

Shipping times may be longer during peak seasons like holidays — order early to be safe

If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your order wait 24 hours and then contact us at support@horribletshirts.com — sometimes carriers mark things delivered a little early
